• Service. Web-based inventory, counts, waste, purchasing and costing software, offered on the Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise plans as described on the pricing page. Features marked "planned" are not part of the service until released.
• Accounts. The organization owner is responsible for the users they invite and the roles they grant. Owners cannot unlock paid features themselves.
• Plans and limits. Limits apply to the whole organization. Going over a limit blocks new records; existing data is never deleted because of a limit or downgrade.
• Trial. A 14-day Growth trial is free and ends automatically. It does not convert to a paid plan without a separate checkout.
• Prices and payment. Monthly prices are shown before payment, excluding VAT, in the billing currency the customer picks (USD, PLN or EUR). Once you subscribe, your recurring price is fixed. Any price change needs advance written notice and your option to cancel before it applies. Przelewy24 payments buy 30 days of prepaid access and do not renew automatically.
• Failed payments. A 7-day grace period applies, after which paid features pause until payment succeeds.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation & refund policy.
• Customer data. The customer owns its business data. Owners can export it at any time, including during the retention period after cancellation. Data processing is governed by the DPA.

• Calculations. Costs, margins, variance and suggestions are calculated from the data you enter. They are not accounting, tax or food-safety advice.
